Instructions for Submitting a Lead
Step 1 –
Complete and submit this Lead Submission Form for both Forward and Reverse Mortgages.
Step 2 –
System-generated email containing disclosures and acknowledgements will be sent to Lead at the provided email address.
Step 3 –
Lead opens, reviews, and acknowledges the email.
Step 4 –
Once acknowledged, the lead will be shared with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage/Reverse Mortgage via email.
Step 5 –
Mutual of Omaha Mortgage/Reverse Mortgage reaches out to the Advisor/Lead.
